Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Hayley completed two internships followed by a full-time role in the mining sector, where she supported investor relations and corporate communications strategies. Her work included coordinating internal and external events, supporting employee engagement initiatives and developing visual marketing content and presentations for digital channels. She was also part of a team recognized with an Investor Relations Magazine Awards nomination for Best Use of Technology and Social Media for IR.
Hayley has designed and delivered strategic campaigns and programs that enhance brand visibility and elevate client profiles across multiple communications channels. She has also contributed to campaigns recognized by the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) through its awards programs, particularly in media relations and new product launches.
Hayley holds a degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a specialization in Global Communications and a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
