Bailey Stafford

Director, Public Affairs

Bailey has a passion for parliamentary procedure and research. He joined Earnscliffe in April 2020 and has contributed to a variety of research, business development and coordination projects.

In his prior role as Government Relations Coordinator, Bailey specialized in policy research and analysis. He supported principals, consultants, and clients across a broad range of sectors including health, energy, environment, clean-tech, net-zero, and transportation.

Bailey has been involved in federal politics since 2017 when he began volunteering in an MPs Office on Parliament Hill. He was actively involved in a successful campaign during the 2019 federal election and subsequently worked in the MPs parliamentary office in a variety of capacities including: office coordination, community outreach, communications, and constituency support.

Bailey attended Carleton University where he earned a Master of Political Management from the Clayton H. Riddell Program of Political Management and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science, specializing in International Affairs. During his undergraduate studies, Bailey led multiple volunteer community service-learning programs abroad, including in Guatemala and Costa Rica.
