Tom Chan is a Government Relations Consultant. He brings policy experience from his time across the political and public sectors of the federal government. 

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Tom worked at the Consulate General of Canada in San Francisco, focusing on tech, economic, and legislative issues. He also previously served in the office of the Minister of Seniors and has volunteered on federal election campaigns.   

Tom holds a Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Ottawa.
