Prior to joining Earnscliffe Alisha worked in the tech industry with a focus on leadership and organizational development. She has specialized in building career paths, competency modelling and creating custom leadership development programs.
Alisha holds a master’s degree in Industrial – Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science.
In her spare time, Alisha loves to read, swim, and spend time with her family.
