Dinnah has a background in customer service and instructional design. Her attention to detail and adept multi-tasking skills are an asset in managing complex and time-sensitive projects.   

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, she utilized her passion for efficiency and clear communication as an executive assistant at a talent management agency. In this role, she provided the CEO with a comprehensive range of support services. She has also designed and written content for an Australian eLearning company across a variety of subjects including systems navigation, employee orientation, work health and safety, and HR training.  

Dinnah is an avid reader who is passionate about food, football, and Formula 1 racing.
