Tiera is a multi-disciplinary designer with over 7 years of experience across the creative industry. Her creative process focuses on using design as a problem-solving tool – creating memorable, dynamic content that will resonate with the audience and has purpose.
She has worked in a wide range of creative roles including consumer packaged goods (grocery), healthcare, pharma, business development, building brands, layout, print, and digital. Her past experience with mechanical design inspires her to combine visual art with technology to disrupt and create positive change across the design landscape.
Tiera attended Conestoga College and OCAD University, where she focused on strategic and thoughtful approaches to design. She still continues to attend OCAD on a part-time basis to learn more and upgrade her skills. She has worked with some of Canada’s leading brands and agencies, participated in createathon (nonprofit), attends Design Thinkers and Creative Mornings, and has won awards in the design space.
Her focus on designing for good aims to create positive experiences that are both meaningful and functional.
