Sheri-Lynne Leskiw is an ICF Certified Professional coach. She has vast experience across all facets of human resources and deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management and leadership development.

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, she held leadership roles both within and outside of the human resources team across multiple industries. This variety and breadth of experience has broadened her perspectives around what it takes to manage a business overall and has proved extremely valuable when partnering with businesses regarding organizational effectiveness and human resources matters. Informed by best practices, she makes it her business to implement a ‘best fit’ solution that meets the unique needs of every organization she works with.

Sheri-Lynne is passionate about supporting growth and development of others inside and outside of the workplace. She has accumulated over 600 hours of coaching experience and has taken multiple coaching courses and certifications in order to effectively work with people, help them achieve greater levels of success and attain transformational results in their life and work.

She holds a master’s degree in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
