Matt is the Finance Lead at Earnscliffe Strategies. With over 10 years of experience in finance and strategic leadership in both corporate and not-for-profit environments, he has a proven track record of enhancing financial sustainability and supporting long-term business goals through data-driven insights. 

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Matt served as the VP, Finance & Administration at ventureLAB Innovation Centre, where he provided strategic oversight for Finance, HR, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Board Governance. Previous to that, he co-founded his own business leveraging cloud accounting tools to provide fractional finance support for Start-Ups. 

Matt holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University. He is originally from London, Ontario and now located in Toronto.
