Her background also includes marketing work at a Montreal-based technology firm, where she supported digital campaigns and influencer partnerships. She also gained hands-on experience in media relations and strategic messaging through a public relations internship.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. During her studies, she completed exchanges at Sciences Po Paris in France and Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, and having lived in five countries, Maria brings a broad international outlook to her work in public affairs and communications.
