Lisa brings strong research, writing, and analytical skills to her work in government relations and public policy.
She joined Earnscliffe as an Intern in May 2025, contributing to policy research and parliamentary monitoring across a range of sectors. She has also spent two summers on Parliament Hill, where she developed targeted communications, drafted correspondence, and supported committee work.
Her background includes experience with a non-partisan think tank in London, UK, where she organized policy panels on cybersecurity, anti-trafficking, and internal governance.
Lisa holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from King’s College London, with a research specialization in Arctic Security.
