Jyoti Varindani is a CIPD certified Human Resources professional with 9 years of experience in multinational companies across various industries. She specializes in translating organizational goals into strategic HR initiatives that drive employees towards high performance while adhering to industry best standards.

Jyoti has been a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to build employee relations, develop HR systems and drive business decisions in an agile environment. She also has a successful track record in leading mergers and acquisitions integration.

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Jyoti worked with a MNC based out of the United Arab Emirates and before that she was working in a waste management service organisation managing the hire to retire lifecycle of the employees.

Jyoti holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University.
