Julia is a government relations Coordinator based out of Earnscliffe’s Vancouver office.  

Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Julia worked in the mining industry, where she conducted research and analysis to support government engagement initiatives. Her policy expertise includes natural resources, environment and Indigenous Relations. 

Julia has a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, where served as the Director of Public Relations for the Varsity Outdoor Club. She was born and raised in Mexico City and is fluent in English and Spanish.
