Hilary is a seasoned public opinion researcher with expertise in turning research findings into actionable insights to inform policy, advertising, and campaign strategy.

Hilary most recently led the research and advertising team in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada and advised senior decision makers on policy and communications. She also served as a research advisor for the Liberal Party of Canada’s successful 2025 election campaign.

Hilary began her career as a researcher at Earnscliffe Strategies, managing projects on a wide array of public policy issues, and is thrilled to be returning to the team.

Hilary holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management and a Masters of Political Management from Carleton University. She is a Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP), a designation that recognizes a high level of knowledge and capability in marketing research theory and practice and adherence to rigorous ethical standards.
