As a Senior Consultant at Earnscliffe Strategies, Devon Hill specializes in developing and executing sophisticated government relations strategies across sectors including energy, critical minerals, climate policy, and transportation infrastructure. Devon helps clients achieve their public policy objectives by developing comprehensive advocacy strategies and building strong relationships with policymakers and stakeholders.

Prior to Earnscliffe, Devon worked for a major federal party as a senior regional organiser, managing relationships with British Columbia Members of Parliament and developing provincial electoral strategies. He also served on the board of directors for the party at a regional and provincial level.

Devon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria. Outside of work, he pursues his passions of photography and running in Victoria, BC.
