Claire Lepsoe is a public affairs professional with experience in government relations, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement across sectors including real estate, energy, finance, health care, transportation, and public service.

She has led strategic planning, reputation management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for a range of corporate and public sector clients. Her work has included advancing regulatory and policy initiatives, supporting complex transactions and transitions, and helping organizations navigate reputational challenges in fast-moving public environments. She has actively supported political campaigns, both federally and provincially. Earlier in her career, Claire held communications and marketing roles in Vancouver’s technology, construction, and mining industries.

Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Simon Fraser University. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, cycling, running, hiking, camping, and playing tennis—making the most of life on the West Coast.
