Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Bahar worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist primarily focused on implementing paid and owned digital media plans, monitoring their success and reporting on the impact in a meaningful way to her clients. She has supported clients in various industries including agriculture, education, healthcare, tech, real estate, and retail.
Bahar holds a BA in Economics with a specialization in Industrial Economics and a certificate in Public Relations & Communications Management from McGill University.
