Alex is an experienced government relations professional with a strong passion for public policy and social issues. She has held a range of policy and communications roles within both provincial and federal governments, with a focus on housing, health, and social development.

In addition to her public sector experience, Alex has worked in government relations for industry associations in the automobile and real estate sectors, advocating on behalf of key stakeholders and helping shape industry policy.

She studied English Literature and Health Promotion at Dalhousie University, as well as Public Administration at Humber College.
