Kathleen is blazing a trail in a sector that values trailblazing above all else. Since her 2013 founding of Switchboard, Western Canada’s first technology-focused strategic communications firm, Kathleen has spearheaded the delivery of customized services ranging from public, stakeholder and media relations to issues management, content creation, community intelligence reporting, and strategic partnership outreach.
As a Principal and Partner at Earnscliffe, Kathleen is continuing to support collaboration and growth among an impressive roster of diverse clients while championing regional, provincial and national business ecosystems at all levels of government. Indeed, it was her solutions-driven collaborative approach that earned Kathleen a place on BIV Magazine’s “Forty Under 40” list in 2020. Kathleen also serves as a board member for the Museum of Vancouver and is an active member of the BC Tech Association.
