Don Stickney is a strategic and values driven consultant. He believes in working with his clients and Earnscliffe colleagues to build a better and more inclusive future for tomorrow’s leaders.

For the past sixteen years, he has acted as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CEOs and their senior leadership teams, technology start up executives, senior labour leaders, community, and political organizers.

In addition to his client advisory responsibilities, Don is also responsible for shaping the national Earnscliffe acquisitions and partnership strategy, keeping up with industry best practices, and maintaining a high-performance level and success rate in this area of strategic focus for the business.

Prior to starting his career in consulting, Don served in the federal government as a senior policy advisor to several federal Cabinet Ministers.

Don earned a degree in political science from the University of British Columbia. He is also an active participant of party politics in BC.
