Olivia Dixon is a Government Relations Consultant at Earnscliffe Strategy Group. Olivia is dedicated to enhancing organizational performance through building community connections and creating welcoming and inclusive spaces.
Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Olivia worked for the Government of British Columbia in the Vancouver Cabinet Office. Experienced in municipal, provincial, and federal political and legislative processes, Olivia uses her extensive governmental knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist with client strategy development, issue identification and research in support of new business development. Olivia’s work is informed by her previous professional background in customer service, and her lived experience as a Black, intersectional feminist, community builder and activist.
In her personal time, Olivia has held many volunteer roles in both partisan and non-partisan spaces. She previously served as BC Chapter Co-Chair for Equal Voice and actively volunteers as a political organizer. Working on various campaigns over the last 4 years in various capacities has enabled her to foster a spectrum of ongoing relationships with union locals, community members, activists and other stakeholders.
