Danielle Dalzell is a Senior Consultant with twelve years of experience at the federal and provincial levels of government. She has worked at the senior levels of the civil service, where she developed the ability to understand political nuance and drive positive policy outcomes. Her detailed work involved liaising with officials and key stakeholders to effectively communicate program and policy initiatives to key audiences in the private, public, not for profit and labour sectors.

Prior to joining Earnscliffe in 2020, Danielle worked as a director in strategic communications for the B.C. Government. She led a team of writers to produce daily content for Premier John Horgan, in addition to having responsibility for the communications roll-out for major government announcements.

Danielle uses her extensive government knowledge and communications skills to align client objectives with deep understanding of government and public attitudes. She can be relied upon in her role to provide excellent political judgment, anticipate problems, respond effectively to crisis, and proactively manage complex projects.

She has served as a senior political staffer in Ottawa, held key roles in multiple election campaigns, and remains active in federal and provincial politics.

Danielle earned an Honours Degree in Political Science from Concordia University.
