With over 15 years of experience working both within government and in public affairs, Alicia provides counsel and strategic advice to a diverse range of clients across a variety of industries.  Her expertise spans sectors including health, finance, innovation and procurement, including defence and aerospace. Alicia has a strong knowledge of the Parliamentary process and helps to make sense of the day-to-day business of government and the policy impact for clients.

Alicia has been actively involved in the political and public policy spheres throughout her career.  She has worked at the federal, provincial and municipal levels of government in a number of different roles, both in political offices and on campaign teams. Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Alicia also worked abroad in public affairs and education marketing at the Canadian High Commission in Australia.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University and a Masters in International Affairs (with a specialization in National Security and Intelligence) from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
