Gregor brings a depth of research experience stemming from a background that has included academic, government, and private sector roles. With formal training in both quantitative and qualitative methods, he is recognized for his innovative approaches to discourse analysis and his work with vulnerable populations.  

Over the course of his career Gregor has managed and executed numerous projects with diverse local, national, and international stakeholders on policy questions ranging from refugee resettlement through to international security practices. 

Gregor holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in International Public Management from Sciences Po.
