An experienced administrative professional, Eric joined Earnscliffe in October 2021. With his systems-oriented approach to project management, and strong communication skills, Eric can be relied upon to provide effective support on a wide variety of projects and overcome challenges. 

Prior to Earnscliffe, Eric worked in the Ministers Office at Natural Resources Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency as well as Executive Assistant jobs in various departments. From 2015-2021 Eric ran his own small business. 

Eric is bilingual and is a Certified Mediator/Facilitator as well as a highly trained Solutions Focused Coach. In his personal time, Eric is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and volunteers as member of the Executive committee with his local Knights of Columbus chapter, where he participates in fund raising, planning and budgeting.
